  I'm a visitor from Asia. I do not speak, read or understand French. The service staffs there treated me badly. Have never seen such badly trained service staffs. At the order counter, they could not answer my questions on the menu, then finally I managed to order number 5 & 6 with Latte to go and paid. Got my Latte, but the girl did not give me my receipt and proceed to throw it out. I asked her, how would they know what I have ordered, she said they'll announce it. I said, I don't understand French, how do I know what they announced?. She said is ok. So I got on the next line and waited for my order. 3 people in front of me. When is my turn, they announced and I asked in English. I have ordered 5 & 6 to go. They said this is your order which only had a English muffin snd a harsh brown on a plate. So they left the plate on the counter and proceed onto the next order. I'm getting upset. I asked the service staffs again. Where is my order? She asked where is your receipt? I said ask the Cashier over there. She threw away my receipt. Then she looked at me like I am stupid and asked me, "do you know what you want to eat?" I said I ordered 5 & 6 with 2 Lattes. I got the 2 Lattes and waiting for my sandwiches and Harsh Brown. Again she looked at me like I'm stupid or crazy. All of this time they have spoken 99% French and expect me to understand them when I kept telling them I don't understand French. I'm furious. Finally got my order and they again gave me the look like I'm stupid or crazy. I want an explanation on this kind of customer service!! This is unacceptable!
